The full privacy notice is being prepared. The controller’s legal identity, lawful bases, retention periods and applicable international-transfer arrangements must be confirmed. Do not upload sensitive client records during this stage.
Information in your account.
The hosted application uses ChatGPT sign-in to receive an account identifier and available profile information such as your name and email address. It stores the profile details and content you submit, including listings, project briefs, proposals, member messages and support requests.
Public and private content.
Published application information and project briefs are intended to be visible to other users. Only add material you are entitled to share publicly. Conversations, proposals where access is restricted and support requests use account-based access controls; the platform operator may need access to investigate issues and provide support.
Files and external services.
Uploaded screenshots are stored with the application’s hosting storage. Published listing images can be viewed through their public listing. A cover image supplied as an external URL may load from another host when you view a listing, exposing connection information to that host. Following a video or external website link takes you to a third-party service, where its own terms and privacy practices apply. Do not put personal information in a screenshot or public demonstration unless you have an appropriate basis to do so.
Payments, hosting and AI.
Adding provider integration code does not mean a live service is activated. When payments, managed servers, email delivery or AI processing become available, their information flows and relevant provider details must be reflected in the completed privacy notice before use. Do not send payment-card details or provider secrets in a message or support request.
Storage and account requests.
The early-access build uses the hosted site’s database and file storage to keep account content. Fixed retention periods and a complete deletion policy have not yet been published. You can submit an Account request through the support centre to ask about access, correction or deletion; any applicable retention obligations need to be assessed.
Analytics and optional tracking.
The application does not need a marketing tracking pixel to let you browse listings or submit a brief. Any future optional analytics, advertising tracking or social-media integrations must be reviewed and explained before being enabled. Hosting and authentication services may use their own operational logs and essential mechanisms.
